Shipping policy
How and when your order ships, what it costs, and where we deliver.
All orders are processed from the United States and priced in USD.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping rates & free shipping
- United States: flat-rate $6.95 standard shipping.
- Free US shipping on all orders over USD $60.
- International: rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Transit times
- US standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.
International orders, duties & taxes
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact us at support@superiorplast.shop.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can open a carrier investigation.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once dispatched; orders returned due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.
