Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund from SUPERIOR PLASTICS COMPANY, LLC. It works together with our Returns Policy.

1. Eligibility window

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in their original, unused packaging.

2. Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• A Return Authorization (RMA) must be requested before sending anything back.

3. Non-refundable items

• Opened or used food-contact products, for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
• Items returned without original packaging.
• Final-sale or clearance items, where marked.
• Normal wear such as scratches, staining or minor flex/shape change.

4. Faulty or damaged items

If your product is defective or arrived damaged, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund including any return shipping.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@superiorplast.shop with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm eligibility and send return instructions where applicable.

6. Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and inspect a returned item (or approve a faulty-item claim), refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.

7. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, the Returns Policy applies.
