These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of superiorplast.shop and any purchase from SUPERIOR PLASTICS COMPANY, LLC (“Superiorplast”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. This site is not directed to children.

3. Products & descriptions

We make food-grade kitchen storage made from food-grade silicone and Tritan™/PP. We make every effort to display products, colors, materials and dimensions accurately, but slight variation may occur. Our products are household kitchen-storage articles only — they are not infant-feeding products, toys, medical devices, single-use disposables, or for industrial use. Always follow the temperature and care guidance provided with each product.

4. Pricing, currency & taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown before payment is completed. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or if we suspect fraud or error (including pricing errors). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full card details on our servers. Card statements show the descriptor SUPERIOR PLASTICS. By paying you authorize the charge of the order total plus any applicable shipping and tax.

7. Shipping & risk

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier for shipment, except where applicable law provides otherwise for consumer sales.

8. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact items cannot be returned unless faulty.

9. Product use & safety

You agree to use products only for their intended household food-storage purpose and within the stated temperature limits. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, exceeding stated temperature ratings, or use contrary to the care instructions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Superiorplast name — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it without permission.

11. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by applicable consumer-protection law. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERIOR PLASTICS COMPANY, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the products or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Florida shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
