Returns & exchanges
Our return window, what qualifies, and exactly how to send something back.
We want you to love your storage. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work. This policy sits alongside our Refund Policy.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in their original, unused packaging.
Hygiene rule for food-contact items
Because our products are intended for direct food contact, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless the item is faulty or arrived damaged. This protects every customer’s health and is standard for food-contact goods.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used food-contact products (unless faulty).
- Items without their original packaging.
- Clearance or final-sale items, where marked.
Normal wear is not a fault
Surface scratches, light staining from pigment-rich foods, and minor flex or shape changes are normal characteristics of silicone and food-grade plastic with use. These are not defects and are not eligible for return.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
If your item is defective or was damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
How to start a return
- Email support@superiorplast.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- Once received and inspected, we process your refund or exchange.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we’ll help coordinate.
